• The halter neck yellow leotard is fastened with a clasp at the back of the neck and has 2 bright mirrorspot front panels with matching button poms. The attached tutu skirt is made up of 2 layers of yellow net topped with 3 graduated layers of sparkle organza edged with ribbon to echo the neck ruffle. It comes with 2 separate matching arm puffs.
